90th Precinct

RAPE:
9/27
Morgan Avenue
The victim attended a party on Mogran Avenue, where she was approached by the defendant, who introduced himself. After a short conversation, the defendant took the victim to his room, where they began to have sex. At one point during intercourse, the victim told the defendant to stop several times. He did not adhere to her request. The defendant has been apprehended.

ASSAULT:
9/22
S. 4th Street
The police were summoned to the scene via 911 call regarding a drug sale. When the attending officer arrived and approached the perp, the perp struck the officer in the head, which led to a struggle. Perp was apprehended on the scene.

Moore Street
Defendant punched the victim, who is seven months pregnant, above the stomach area and struck her above the collar bone with an electrical cord. She was taken to Woodhull Hospital and the perp was apprehended.

S. 4th Street
Victim was ringing the doorbell of a building when a perp approached with a baseball bat and started cursing and swinging the bat at her, striking her on the left shoulder and elbow. The perp was apprehended.

Stagg Walk
Victim was walking across the courtyard of her residence when a perp struck her across the face with a plastic broom. No arrests have been made.

ROBBERY:
9/21
Moore Street
Victim was leaving a retail store at the corner of Bogart and Seigel Streets. He walked back to his apartment, where he was approached by a perp, who asked him for money. The victim handed the perp two dollars and proceeded to continue trying to enter his apartment. The perp then got angry, pulled out a silver firearm and demanded more cash, at which point the victim forked over $80. Before fleeing on foot, the perp told the victim that he would kill him if he called the police. No arrests have been made.

BQE and Williamsburg Bridge
Victim was approached at the Bedford Avenue exit ramp on the Williamsburg Bridge foot path by two balck males on bicycles. One of the perps brandished a black semi-automatic pistol and demanded her cash and cell phone before fleeing in an unknown direction. No arrests have been made.

Bushwick Avenue
Victim was walking to the train when he was approached by several unknown males. One of them punched him in the face, head and mouth, during which his bookbag fell to the ground and was snatched up by a second perp. The group then fled on foot on Bushwick Avenue. No arrests have been made.

Maujer Street
Victim was ringing his aunt’s doorbell when a perp cancelled the intercom and asked, “Have I seen you before?” to which the victim replied, “No.” The perp then went into the victim’s pocket and took his cell phone, after which the second perp also went into the victim’s pocket and removed an iPod. No arrests have been made.

Johnson and Flushing Avenues
Victim was struck in the head by an unknown perp, who also stole his sneakers, sunglasses and $50 cash. Three possible perps have been apprehended.

Bushwick Avenue
The victim and a witness were walking when they were approached by two unknown black males, who demanded the victim’s cell phone. One of the perps said, “You don’t want me to poke you,” while the second snatched the cell phone from the victim’s hand. No arrests have been made.

Seigel Street and Graham Avenue
An unknown perp approached the victim from behind and pushed him to the ground. The perp then pushed something against the victim’s back, and proceeded to steal $50 from the victim’s pocket. No arrests have been made.

BURGLARY:

9/22
Meserole Street
Victim returned from his girlfriend’s house and noticed that his laptop and cash was missing from his room. Upon inspection, he noticed that the front door to the apartment was closed but unlocked, and there were no signs of forced entry. No arrests have been made.

Maujer Street
Victim was attempting to open the front door to her apartment building when she realized the security chain was fastened from the inside. Victim became alarmed, and called the police. When the police arrived, they kicked in the door and the victim found that two laptops were missing—the perp(s) entered through the bedroom window. No arrests have been made.

Graham Avenue
Victim states that unknown perps entered his business by breaking through the security gate. The victim was in the process of renovating and cleaning his space, and so it is difficult to determine what property was stolen. No arrests have been made.

Flushing Avenue
A black male with a white shirt entered the victim’s commercial vehicle and stole a laptop, before fleeing down flushing avenue. No arrests have been made.

Boerum Street
Victim left her apartment in the evening. When she returned home twenty minutes later, she found her front door kicked in and her iPod, two laptops, home entertainment system, charger and computer case missing. No arrest have been made.

Havemeyer Street
Victim was entering his apartment when he noticed that the deadbolt was locked, and he wasn’t the one who locked it. He proceeded to unlock the door and go into his apartment, after which he immediately realized that his laptop was missing. Upon further investigation, it was found that his window wasn’t locked, and connects to a fire escape, which is the possibly entry point. No arrests have been made.

Two unknown perps entered an apartment building and stole a laptop, playstation and digital camera. No arrests have been made.

Manhattan Avenue
Victim was at a bar/restaurant with friends. She put her bag down, together with her friends’ belongings, and went off to socialize. When she returned, she noticed her bag was missing. She recovered it shortly thereafter, though her wallet was missing. No arrests have been made.

Hope Street
Victim left his apartment and locked the front door. Upon return, he found the door locked, though his laptop and cell phone were missing. No arrests have been made.

Havemeyer Street
Victim left a location on Havemeyer Street and went home. When he got to his apartment, he noticed that the door to his bedroom was open, but blocked by boxes because a new roommate was in the process of moving in. He had also recently changed the locks. Upon inspection though, the victim discovered that both of his laptops were missing. No arrests have been made.

S. 1st Street
An unknown perp entered the victim’s building through a rear window. The victim noticed the perp, and he fled the scene before stealing anything. No arrests have been made.

Broadway
An unknown male entered the side door of an establishment, walked behind the cash register and began 40 packs of cigarettes without permission to do so. He then fled the location through the same door, and fled in an unknown direction. No arrests have been made.

Manhattan Avenue
An unknown perp entered a building through the bedroom window, and stole the victim’s laptop. Victim says that the window was unsecured, and three of the buildings on the block have joint access to the roof. No arrests have been made.

GRAND LARCENY:
9/21
Meserole Street
Victim states that she was storing $13,000 cash in her office drawer. When she went into the drawer to deposit more cash, she noticed that the money was gone. A reporter also claimed that two unknown people were loitering by her office door. No arrests have been made.

Bushwick Avenue
Victim was eating dinner at a pizzeria and left her bag unattended for a brief period of time. Upon leaving the restaurant, she realized that her wallet was missing from her bag. No arrests have been made.

Marcy Avenue
Victim forgot his wallet on the top of a desk in the Brooklyn Public Library. Upon his return, he noticed that $1,200 cash was missing from his wallet. No arrests have been made.

S. 2nd Street
Victim states that unknown perps broke the passengerside window of his car, entered the vehicle and stole his laptop, camera, lenses, and stethoscope. No arrests have been made.

Bedford Avenue
Victim was at a part on Bedford Avenue and slung her purse on the back of a chair, with her jacket. When she returned, she notied that her purse as missing. No arrests have been made.

Broadway
Victim entered an establishment on Broadway and put her wallet on the counter to pay for her meal. Within seconds, an unknown person stole her wallet off the counter. She immediately cancelled her credit cards, and no arrests have been made.

Leonard Street and Montrose Avenue
The victim’s ex-boyfriend asked her for money and she told him no, after which he forcibly put his hands in her pockets and stole $40. No arrests have been made.

Lorimer Street
Victim parked his car on Lorimer Street. When he returned, he noticed his 1998 black Oldsmobile had been stolen. No arrests have been made.

ROBBERY:
9/21
Conselyea Street
Victim was on her way home when she was approached by a perp, who snatched her purse off of her arm. The perp then fled westbound on Conselyea Street in an unknown black vehicle. Most of her belongings were recovered on Manhattan Avenue, but no arrests have been made.

9/23
Leonard Street
Victim, was heading southbound on Leonard Street when she was approached by two black males, the first of whom grabbed the victim’s arm and attempted to grab her purse. The victim screamed for help, at which point both perps fled on Leonard Street towards Metropolitan Avenue. No arrests have been made.

9/24
Newel Street
Victim walk walking on Newel Street when a perp grabbed her in a bear hug and forcibly removed her purse from her shoulder, causing bruises to her left knee and right arm. No arrests have been made.

9/25
Monitor Street and Engert Avenue
Victim was walking to her friend’s house on Engert Avenue when an unknown male approached her and grabbed her purse, telling her to “give it up.” The perp then pushed the victimto the ground and struck her in the face with her bare hands before fleeing on foot down Engert Avenue. No arrests have been made.

Woodpoint Road
Victim was walking when she was approached by a perp who grabbed her purse from her shoulder. The strap broke, and the perp ran off with the purse. The victim chased after the perp and watched as he jumped into an unknown vehicle and drive off down Jackson Street. No arrests have been made.

ASSAULT:
9/27
Debevoise Avenue
Victim states that the father of her child was arguing with her and threatening to throw her out of his apartment. The perp then hit her across the face with a serated kitchen knife. The victim is also eight months pregnant. The perp has been apprehended.

BURGLARY:
9/21
Driggs Avenue
Unknown perps entered through a restaurant door, breaking the locks, and stole an unknown amount of cash and a case of beer from the apartment above it. No arrests have been made.

9/22
Withers Street
Victim states that an unknown person broke the front passenger side window of her van and stole her GPS and cell phone. No arrests have been made.

Freeman Street
Victim was coming home from work. When he arrived at his apartment he found his door unlocked. When he went inside he noticed that $300 was missing. No arrests have been made.

N. 7th Street
Victim states that unknown perps entered through the front door of her apartment and stole her iPod, laptop and assorted jewelry. Though the front door to the building was locked, she was in a hurry and forgot to lock her apartment door. No arrests have been made.

Manhattan Avenue
Victim took out his cell phone from his pocket to call his mother when a perp approached from behind and took the phone from his hand. No arrests have been made.

Milton Street
Victim states that an unknown person entered her apartment through the front door and stole her credit card, check book, social security card and driver’s license. The top lock is damaged, and no arrests have been made.

GRAND LARCENY:

Morgan Avenue
Victim states that a sheet of metal was delivered to a commercial location on Sept. 5th. When the victim returned to do inventory, he noticed that it was gone. There are more than 60 workers on the premises at any given time, and the property was too heavy to move by hand. No arrests have been made.

N. 7th Street
Victim received a credit report and discovered that her social security number was compromised, and had been used to purchase a cell phone and open an account. No arrests have been made.

9/24
Union and Meeker Avenues
Victim parked his car on Union and Meeker, and upon returning he noticed that the lock on the driver’s side door was broken and his tool set, leather jacket, GPS and break lights were missing. No arrests have been made.

9/26
Union Avenue
Victim left her handbag on the top of a chair at a bar, and went to talk to friends. Upon returning, she noticed that it was gone. $5,950 was charged to her credit card, and no arrests have been made.

Skillman Avenue and Humbolt Street
Victim parked his car, and upon returning to the spot the next day discovered that his cell phone, laptop, SD card pack and headphones were missing. He had left the door unlocked by accident. No arrests have been made.
