90th Precinct

ROBBERY:
3/2
Division Avenue and Wilson Street
Victim was walking down the street, pushing her child in a stroller, when she was approached by a perp, who pointed a gun semi-wrapped in a plastic bag at her. “Give me your money,” he said, followed by “Give me your pocketbook.” The victim complied, and the perp turned to flee the location but was apprehended at the scene. The gun turned out to be fake.

Lynch Street and Union Avenue
Victim was walking along Lynch Street when he was approached by three unknown males, one of whom displayed what appeared to be a handgun and stated, “Give me everything you have.” The perp then fled in an unknown direction, and no arrests have been made.

S. 2nd and Keap Street
Victim was walking down the street while texting on his iPhone when an unknown male approached the victim and demanded the cell phone. When the victim refused, he was jumped by a large group of males, one of whom used a large knife to cut the victim’s wrist. Victim was taken to the hospital, and no arrests have been made.

Broadway and Hewes Street
Victim was riding a Southbound train from Parson’s and Archer when the train pulled into the Hewes Street station, at which point a perp attempted to snatch the victim’s cell phone from his hand. The victim struggled with the perp, which spilled out onto the platform. The perp successfully stole the phone from the victim, but the victim began to chase the perp out of the station. Two other perps then approached, and began punching the victim in the face. All three perps then fled the scene. No arrests have been made.

Grand Street
Squad officer states that while she was attempting to unlock her bicycle chain, a white male approached and said, “We just want your bag.” The perp then sprayed an unknown chemical into the victim’s face causing burning and irritation. The perp then took the bag from the victim and fled down the street. No arrests have been made.

BURGLARY:
3/1
Manhattan Avenue and Varet Street
Victim parked her car on Manhattan Avenue and Varet Street. When she returned, she discovered that the suspect had broken the passenger-side window and stolen an assortment of pills. No arrests have been made.

Grand Street
Reporter locked and left his place of business. Upon returning, he noticed that the ID scanner located on the outside of the building had been ripped off. The front door was locked, but because the scanner was disengaged anyone had access to the building. The basement door to the victim’s workshop was pried open, and unknown perps entered the workshop, but had fled by the time the victim returned. No arrests have been made.

GRAND LARCENY:

S. 6th Street
Unknown perps broke into an ATM and stole approximately $7,900 cash. There were cameras on the scene, but no arrests have been made.

ASSAULT:
3/2
Broadway
Unknown perp walked toward the victim on the street and stabbed him in his right leg and back. The perp then fled the scene on foot down Broadway. Victim was removed to Bellevue Hospital, and no arrests have been made.

Walton Street
Reporter states that her son was standing on a street corner when two Hispanic males approached him and asked, “Are you brownside?” Before the victim could respond, one of the perps struck the victim in the head with a bottle while the second perp punched him in the left arm. Victim needed stitches in his head, and no arrests have been made.

Walton Street
Victim was meeting his son outside of a local middle school when an unknown perp approached and struck him with a stick under his left eye. No arrests have been made.

Bushwick Avenue
Defendant was hitting the victim in the face and chest, while attempting to stab him. A struggle ensued, and the victim ran into the bedroom for his safety. The perp was arrested.

Bushwick Avenue and Grand Street
Defendant was asked to board a train by a police officer due to a crowded platform, and the suspect refused. He then began fighting with the officer, and swung his arms in an attempt to avoid being handcuffed. The officer then sprayed the defendant with Mace, at which point the defendant put his hands over the eyes of the officer. The perp was arrested.

Clymer Street
Defendants struck the victim in the forehead with an umbrella, a phone charger and a fist, causing a laceration to the victim’s forehead. The defendant then broke two large televisions, causing approximately $4,000 worth of damage. No arrests have been made.

Maujer Street
Perp caused a laceration to the victim’s left forearm area with a kitchen knife. He was apprehended, and the victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital via ambulance.

GRAND LARCENY:

Gardner and Flushing Avenues
While at the laundromat, the victim had her wallet, keys and credit cards in her jacket pocket. She put her jacket down over her shopping cart, and walked over to a washing machine. Upon returning to the cart, she discovered that her valuables were missing. No arrests have been made.

Graham Avenue
Victim put her backpack under her desk, and unknown perps took her laptop. No arrests have been made.

Moore and White Streets
Unknown perps broke into the victim’s right passenger-side window of his car and stole a laptop worth approximately $2,300. No arrests have been made.

GRAND LARCENY AUTO:

Wythe Avenue and S. 11th Street
An unknown person damaged the left door of the victim’s vehicle, went inside and damaged the ignition. No arrests have been made.

Clymer Street
Victim parked his car in a parking lot on Clymer Street. When he returned later the same day, he discovered that his car was gone. No arrests have been made.

Bartlett Street
Victim left his car in front of a shop. Upon returning, the victim was informed by the mechanic who owns the shop that the car had been stolen. No arrests were made.

Division Avenue
Perps took the victim’s vehicle without permission. No arrests have been made.

Victim parked his car on Grand Street. When he returned, he discovered it was missing. Because he was having work done on the car, it was not registered or insured. No arrests have been made.

94th Precinct

ROBBERY:
3/4
Manhattan Avenue
Victim was working on Manhattan Avenue when the perp entered his business with a knife cane and black firearm, and demanded money. The perp locked the front door from the inside, and held the victim up, pointing the gun at the victim’s head. The perp then stole $24 and a iPod before destroying various property inside the victim’s place of business. The perp also proceeded to kill two doves the victim kept as pets. Before he left the premises, the perp told the victim that if he called the police, he would return and kill him. The perp was arrested.

ASSAULT:

Debevoise Avenue
Victim engaged in a fight with the defendant, and cut him on the right side of the neck and left side of his shoulder with a knife. The perp was arrested.

BURGLARY:
3/5
Debevoise Avenue
The defendant intentionally damaged a NYCHA padlock. Four perps were arrested.

Manhattan Avenue
Unknown perp entered the apartment through the front door of the building, and stole $40 cash from the pants pocket of one of the victim’s trousers; the top lock of the victim’s dresser was broken. No arrests have been made.

Victim parked his car on Conselyea Street. Upon returning, he discovered the rear door of the car open and assorted tools missing from the back seat. No arrests have been made.

GRAND LARCENY:

Driggs Avenue
Victim lost his credit card, and an unknown person made $2,224 worth of unauthorized charges. He immediately canceled his card, and no arrests have been made.

N. 12th Street
Victim parked his car on N. 12th Street. When he returned, he discovered that his laptop and camera parts were missing. No arrests have been made.

Noble Street
An unknown perp opened an account with the victim’s personal information. The perp spent approximately $2,900 of the victim’s money. No arrests have been made.

N. 3rd Street
Victim was at a bar and she put her bag on a chair next to her. When she went to retrieve it, it was gone. No arrests have been made.

N. 5th Street
Victim parked his car on N. 5th Street and when he returned he noticed that his laptops, watch and iPhone were missing. No arrests have been made.

GRAND LARCENY AUTO:

Frost Street
Victim parked his car at the above location, and upon returning discovered that his vehicle was missing. There was no broken glass at the scene, and no arrests have been made.
