Victim was walking on Bedford Avenue when two perps approached him from behind and punched him in the face. The perps then swiped his iPod and demanded his wallet before fleeing in an unknown direction. Both perps were arrested.

McGuinness Boulevard and Huron Street
Victim was in a car with her child’s father and was having a verbal argument over the phone. The defendant then pulled the car over, and both parties exited the vehicle, at which point the perp snatched the cell phone from the victim’s hand and pushed her to the ground. As she tried to stand up, the perp grabbed her by the neck and struck her in the face. No arrests have been made.

Calyer Street
An unknown perp removed the lock from the front gate of the victim’s building. Upon entering the premises, perps stole assorted tools and two company vehicles. One of the vehicles has since been located and recovered, and no arrests have been made.
Driggs Avenue
Unknown perps entered through the front gate of a local business, causing damage to the front glass door. The perps them proceeded to remove various photography equipment without permission. No arrests have been made.
Bedford Avenue
Victim showed up in the morning to open her business and noticed that the front gate had been damaged. No property was reported missing, but the damages to the gate approximate $250. No arrests have been made.

Unknown perps entered a business through the front gate before breaking the interior glass door to gain entry to the victim’s premises. 116 fur coats were stolen, and no arrests have been made.

N. 3rd Street
Victim states that the perp attempted to gain access to a bar/nightclub through the front door, but was unsuccessful. No damages were sustained, and no arrests have been made.

Meeker Avenue
Unknown perps entered the victim’s apartment without permission, and stole a cash box containing $1,650. No arrests have been made, although the victim has a suspect in mind.

Victim states her bag and wallet were stolen from the seat next to her at a bar. She did place her bag on a chair and left it unattended to dance. There are no witnesses, and no arrests have been made.
Wythe Avenue
Victim put her bag on the couch next to her at a local bar. She got up to leave, and started towards the door when she realized she had left her bag behind. When she returned to the spot where her bag had been, she discovered that an unknown perp had swiped it. No arrests have been made.

Victim posted an ad on Craigslist looking for work as a personal assistant. She received a response, telling her she would be hired in early March. The perp said he lives in Williamsburg. The victim received instructions to cash a check for $2,888. Upon depositing the check, the victim learned that the check was counterfeit. No arrests have been made.

Victim was waiting for the bus when he used the ATM at the location. After completing his transaction, the perp stole the $80 in cash the victim had just withdrawn and fled on foot in an unknown direction. He was arrested.

Victim states she left her pocketbook on the top of a baby carriage. Upon returning, she noticed that her purse was missing. No arrests have been made.

Victim placed her purse on a chair at a local bar, turned away for a moment, and noticed upon turning back around that her purse had been snatched. No arrests have been made.

Victim was at a local bar having a drink. His laptop was hanging on his chair behind him, in a computer carrying case. When he had finished his drink, the victim walked out of the bar, accidentally leaving his laptop behind. Half an hour later, the victim returned to retrieve his computer, only to realize that it had been taken. No arrests have been made.

Victim legally parked his car on Greenpoint and Leonard, and upon returning he discovered that his 2007 Honda Accord was missing. No arrests have been made.

Victim states that unknown perps stole his 2009 Toyota Highlander. No arrests have been made.
90th Precinct
RAPE:
1/31
Victim went to visit her friend at his house. While she was watching TV with him in his father’s room, the perp reached over, grabbed a rope and tied the victim’s hands in front of her. The perp then began to kiss her and take her clothes off, while holding her by the neck. She was too afraid to scream, and after the perp had forceful intercourse with the victim, she got dressed and left the apartment as quickly as she could. She has not spoken to him since, and no arrests have been made.
ASSAULT:

S. 1st Street
Victim’s husband became enraged in the midst of a verbal dispute and twisted her right arm, causing it to break. Victim states that she has a valid Order of Protection against the perp, and after the assault he fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction. No arrests have been made.

Porter Avenue
Perp punched the victim in the face and jaw, causing serious physical injury—a fractured jaw. Victim states that the perp was drunk, and the victim doesn’t know why he was attacked, although the perp did say, “you got my homeboys against me” before attacking the victim. No arrests have been made.
Broadway and Marcy
Victim boarded a Manhattan-bound M train. She asked a female passenger to excuse her four times, after which she finally passed her, and in the process accidentally bumped her messenger bag. The perp then hit the victim with her elbow and called her a “fat bitch.” The two then got into a verbal altercation, after which the perp threw a cup of hot coffee on the victim, and the two began to physical fight. The train was not in motion at the time, and the victim got off at the next stop. No arrests were made.

Unknown perps struck the victim in the face with a belt and belt buckle causing lacerations. The victim was treated by emergency services, and both perps were arrested.

Victim left his location to go to work. When he returned home he noticed his Xbox, games and laptop had been stolen. There is no damage to the front door and both rear bedroom windows—which lead to the fire escape and back alley—were closed, but left unlocked. No arrests have been made.

Unknown perps unlawfully gained entry to a basement laundry room by breaking the lock on the door, and removed a money box containing approximately $50 in quarters. No arrests have been made.
Montrose Avenue
Unknown perps forcibly entered through the front door and stole $2,710 worth of personal property without permission. Perps fled in an unknown direction, and no arrests were made.

Walton Street and Harrison Avenue
While walking to school, the victim attempted to make a phone call from her cell phone when an unknown black male approached her and demanded that she hand over her phone. Victim then struggled with the perp for the cell phone, and ultimately was able to wrestle the phone back before fleeing on foot. No arrests have been made.

Broadway and Lorimer Street
Defendant forcibly removed property from the victim without permission. No injuries were sustained, and two arrests have been made.

Four black females entered a location on Graham Avenue and tried to remove cash from a cash register by leaning across the counter, to no avail. No arrests have been made.

Victim used the restroom at an establishment on Graham Avenue, and left her coat outside. When she returned to his coat, the victim reported that the coat had been taken, along with assorted property inside the coat pockets. No arrests have been made.
