90th Precinct

BURGLARY:
9/3
Lorimer Street
After leaving for work in the morning, victim returned to her apartment to discover her front door unlocked, and jewelry, cash, a video camera, an iPod and a social security card missing. No arrests have been made.

Metropolitan Avenue
Victim went out to a restaurant and left a window in his apartment open. When he returned, he discovered his back window had been damaged, and his wallet, watch and laptop computer were missing. No arrests have been made.

Roebling Street
Victim stepped out of her apartment to purchase supplies for work. When she returned home, she noticed that her laptop, camera, video camera and charger were missing. Though she locked the door behind her, she noticed that her window was moved out of its original setting and that the fire escape was drawn. No arrests have been made.

Randolph Street
The perp lifted an unlocked gate at the front entrance to the victim’s loft building, and attempted to break open a second lock. When the perp spotted a witness, he started to walk away, dropping the screwdriver he had been holding. He was apprehended on the scene.

ROBBERY:
9/5
Moore Street and Manhattan Avenue
Victim was walking to the train and was shoved from behind, causing him to fall to the ground, at which point an unknown perp reached into his back pocket and snatched his wallet. The perp then fled on foot. No arrests have been made.

Division Avenue
Victim was on her way to work when her ex-boyfriend snatched her phone and keys from her hand and proceeded to punch and kick her in the face. She was taken to Woodhull Hospital, and the perp was apprehended.

ASSAULT:

9/3
Boerum Street
Victim asked perp for $50, at which point the perp got angry and smashed the victim’s head against a dresser, causing a laceration. Victim was taken to Woodhull Hospital.

Stagg Street
Victim’s ex-employee entered his business and requested his check. When the victim was trying to explain to the perp that the merchandise purchased cost more than the check was worth, the perp took out a boxcutter and sliced the victim’s left arm and chin, causing deep lacerations. The perp then fled the scene, and no arrests have been made.

Ingraham Street
Defendant brandished a pair of scissors and threatened to “slash” the victim “up.” She then proceeded to cut the victim’s hair and shove, kick and drag her down the stairs. She also stabbed the victim in the right hand with the scissors. The perp was apprehended.

Graham Avenue
Victim was walking along Graham Avenue towards Johnson Avenue when a known perp hit him with an unknown object in the head, causing a laceration. The victim was immediately rushed to Woodhull Hospital, then transferred to Bellevue.

HOMICIDE:
Moore Street
Victim was discovered lying face-down on grass at playground, unconscious and unresponsive. He was taken to Woodhull Hospital and pronounced dead on arrival. Two shell casings were recovered nearby. No arrests have been made.

GRAND LARCENY:
8/31
Devoe Street
Unknown perps used the victim’s credit card account number to make purchases at Target and Best Buy. She never lost the card, or lent it out. No arrests have been made.

McKibben Street
Victim left town for two weeks on a business trip. When he returned, he realized that his room had been burglarized. One of his roommates told him that their other roommate had rummaged through his things, taken his property and left the apartment. No arrests have been made.

Havemeyer Street
Victim went into above location to pay bills when a perp approached and asked her, “Excuse me, what are you doing here? I’m looking for Mr. Fisher,” to engage in conversation. She turned around the speak to the perp, and left her money on the counter. Upon turning back around, the money was gone. The victim said she knew the perp, and didn’t believe he was responsible for the theft. No arrests have been made.

Ainslie Street
Victim parked his vehicle on Ainslie Street. Later that night, when he went outside to take out the trash, he noticed his vehicle was gone. The vehicle was recovered.

Metropolitan Avenue
A customer borrowed a company vehicle and insisted that he brought the car back, however there is no sign of the keys, or the vehicle. No arrests have been made.

White and Boerum Street
Victim parked his car at the above location, and upon returning to the spot he discovered that his right passenger side window had been broken into and his GPS and assorted checks were stolen. No arrests have been made.

Flushing Avenue
Victim left his car running and ran into a store. When he was coming out of the store, he watched a perp drive off in his vehicle. No arrests have been made.

Flushing Avenue
Victim observed the defendant placing assorted jewelry valued at approximately $6,250 in her purse and attempting to walk out of the store. The perp was apprehended.

Broadway
An unknown Hispanic male ran up and snatched the victim’s gold chain from her kneck without permission. No arrests have been made.

Knickerbocker Avenue
Victim left $2,200 on the top of a dresser in her room. When she returned from church, she discovered the cash was missing. No arrests have been made.

Leonard Street and Metropolitan Avenue
Victim parked her car at the above location. She got out of the car and left the passenger door open, at which point an unknown perp stole her bag from the seat and fled in an unknown direction. No arrests have been made.

McKibben Street
While at a friend’s party, victim left her purse behind a cabinet. Later that night, when she went to retrieve her things, she found that it had been taken. No arrest have been made.

94th Precinct

ROBBERY:
9/1
Havemeyer Street
Victim was walking to a friend’s house by herself when three males approached her. One perp grabbed her from behind and told her not to move, while the second grabbed her blackberry from her left hand, and the third brandished a black firearm in her face before proceeding to steal her wallet, iPod, cell phone and camera. No arrests have been made.

Driggs Avenue
Victim was sitting on a chair using his laptop when two males ran by, one of them stopped to grab the laptop, and continued running down the block. The victim chased the perps, who turned right on Bedford Avenue and jumped into a red Caravan. No arrests have been made.

ASSAULT:
8/31
Frost Street
The defendant hit the victim with a dog chain, which caused bruising and swelling. The perp was apprehended.

9/5
Morgan Avenue
Victim got into a verbal dispute with her common law husband, who proceeded to hit her with a belt buckle causing a laceration to her left hand. She was taken to Woodhull Hospital. No arrests have been made.

BURGLARY:
8/31
Franklin Avenue
Victim left her apartment, and upon returning home she noticed the read window was unlocked, and someone had stolen her laptop. No arrests have been made.

Withers Street
Victim went on vacation to Florida with his family, and upon returning to his apartment he discovered his Wii, Wii Wheel and game controllers missing. No one except his sister-in-law had access to the apartment, and no arrests have been made.

GRAND LARCENY:
9/1
Driggs Avenue and Lorimer Street
Victim states that unknown person damaged the lock of his parked car after gaining entry to it, and stealing his wallet from the glove compartment. No arrests have been made.
Franklin Avenue and Java Street
Victim parked his car at the above location, and left it unattended, with a racing bike attached to the roof in a locking mechanism. When he returned, he discovered that the bike rack was broken, and his bicycle was missing. No arrests have been made.

Java Street
An unknown perp used the victim’s personal information to open a T-Mobil account, and racked up a bill totaling $1122.55. The account was opened at the end of June. The account was cancelled, and no arrests have been made.

Beadel Street
The perp, who had previously met the victim, came over to the victim’s house and retrieved three blank checks, which he then cashed undert the guise that he was, in face, an ACORN employee. It was discovered that the perp is no longer employed by ACORN, and the checks were paid to cash. No arrests have been made.

Eagle Street
Victim parked her car on Eagle Street, and upon returning she noticed that her rear passenger side window was smashed, and her wallet, laptop, credit cards and social security cards were missing. No arrests have been made.

GRAND LARCENY AUTO:
8/31
Wythe Avenue and N. 4th Street
Victim states he parked his vehicle at the above location, and upon returning noticed that unknown perps stole his 2006 Kawasaki motorcycle. No arrests have been made.

9/1
North Henry Street
Victim was informed by a witness, his next-door neighbor, that three male perps double park their SUV, and attempted to steal his 2007 Suzuki motorcycle from its location. The perps fled when they noticed the witness, though they did manage to break the chain locking the motorcycle to the pole. No damage was done to the motorcycle, and no arrests have been made.

Greenpoint Avenue
Victim parked his truck legally, and upon returning to the spot realized that his truck was gone. No arrests have been made.
