Police pursued perp in a stolen car. At some point, the perp left the vehicle and the cops gave chase on foot. When the perp fired two rounds at the officers, the latter returned fire and wounded the defendant. The perp was then arrested.

Victim was jogging on the footpath of the Williamsburg Bridge when two perps knocked him to the ground and kicked him in the face. As the victim struggled to get up, one of the perps removed his iPhone and the pair fled in an unknown direction. Both perps were later arrested.
Union Avenue and Lorimer Street
Perp knocked victim unconscious and stole his keys. No arrests have been made.

Perp approached victim and said, “Don’t make any sudden movements. Just give me your bag.” The victim complied, and the perp fled on foot. No arrests have been made.
Flushing Avenue
Two perps stepped in front of victim and said, “You know what’s going to happen!” The victim was then attacked from behind by five more perps, who proceeded to hit him in the face and head. After removing his Blackberry, all the perps fled in separate directions. No arrests have been made.

Perp entered a store and requested two new iPads. When the salesperson brought out the items, the perp attempted to place them in his briefcase “to see if they fit.” The victim promptly pulled them away. The perp then asked for two cases for the iPads. When the salesperson handed them over, the perp put them into his briefcase again, and opened his coat, displaying a black firearm and saying, “I’m not trying to hurt anybody; back off!” He then took the iPads and fled in an unknown direction. No arrests have been made.

Perp stopped victim to ask him for the time. When the victim ignored him, the perp pulled out a kitchen style knife and demanded money. The victim gave him $8, and the perp fled in an unknown direction. No arrests have been made.
Vandervort Avenue
Three perps approached victim and punched him in the face. They then removed an iPhone and $270 from his pockets, and fled in an unknown direction. No arrests have been made.
Humboldt Street and Bushwick Avenue
Perp approached victim and demanded “all [he] had.” When he pulled out a knife, the victim handed over his cell phone and $80, and the perp fled in an unknown direction. No arrests have been made.
Meserole Street and Scholes Street
Perp entered victim’s apartment and stole $1,675 worth of property. No arrests have been made.
BURGLARY

Havemeyer Street and Roebling Street
Perp entered victim’s apartment through the bedroom window and stole a laptop as well as two iPods. No arrests have been made.
Bushwick Avenue and Humboldt Street
Victim parked his vehicle and entered a bank to make a clerical pick-up. When he returned to his car, he noticed one of the windows was broken, and his property missing. No arrests have been made.

Victim hired perp to work in the basement of a synagogue. Later, when a witness observed the perp exiting the basement and asked him what he was doing, the perp said, “I work here. I’m picking up my tools.” When the victim returned to the basement, he noticed $800 worth of tools missing and the lock to the basement door missing. No arrests have been made.

Perp and victim had an argument about a cell phone. At some point, the perp chocked the victim with a cable cord and broke a glass bottle over his head, causing bruises and a laceration. No arrests have been made. She was later arrested.
