Shooting the Bull with Mob Wives Star Gravano

It was an offer we couldn’t refuse, when Mob Wives star and now author, Karen Gravano showed up at Refugio Cigar House on Sunday, August 19th. The VH1 reality star and daughter of mob turncoat Sammy “The Bull” Gravano spent the afternoon chatting up customers of the Lorimer Street shop and signing copies of her new book, Mob Daughter.

Refugio’s, North Brooklyn’s only cigar lounge, plans to continue highlighting North Brooklyn’s mafia past. Owner Mike Ciccone and manager Jimmy Brigandino said that Gravano’s appearance was the first in a series of events about Cosa Nostra planned for their year-old establishment.
