We are currently seeking an extraordinary Call Center Manager with a passion for pleasing clients and ensuring the highest quality of service is exhibited. You are vital in keeping our company’s brand intact by each positive transaction. Using your expert interpersonal skills, you will interface with all departments as you supervise the daily activities of our customer care representatives. Specifically, you will oversee weekly payroll reports, manage call traffic, assist with hiring, assign work, handle training, develop progressive policies and procedures and monitor/coach reps on proper phone etiquette.
To qualify, we require minimum HS degree and minimum three years related customer service experience in a call center environment. Supervisory experience preferred. JDE User programs is a strong plus. Must have strong MS Office Suite skills along with good organizational, communication and judgment skills.
