Empire Merchants, LLC, a leading wholesale distributor of fine wines and spirits in the New York Metropolitan area/Brooklyn facility is seeking a qualified candidate for the following position:

Customer Service Representative

Job duties include heavy phone handling (Inbound/Outbound), order entry, reconciling customer balance discrepancies, follow-up of past due balances, approving returned items delivered to customers (pick-up, exchanges, delivery refusals) and delivery disputes. Shift hours are 2PM – 10PM.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. Knowledge of JDE software is preferred, basic bookkeeping is a plus.
